You can delete your Totu Tales account and all your family's data at any time, straight from the app or by email.
From the app (instant)
- Open Totu Tales and go to Settings.
- Under Your data, tap Delete my data.
- Read the message, then tap Delete my data once more to confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out on every device.
By email
If you can't open the app, email totutale01@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account". Write from the email address you sign in with, or include the mobile number you sign in with. We may ask you to confirm the request is yours.
We will delete your account and data within 30 days and email you when it is done.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in details (mobile number and/or email).
- Every child profile, with its nickname, age group and year of birth.
- Favourites, resume points and listening history.
What we keep
- A record that consent was given and that the account was deleted, which the law requires us to keep. It contains no listening history.
- Past listening activity in anonymised form, so it can no longer be linked to you or your child.
Your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or you may be charged again.

To remove the WhatsApp number or email you gave us on totutales.com, email totutale01@gmail.com and we will delete it.
